Refund Policy
All race entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that the race is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, all entry fees will be used to cover race related expenses and the remaining funds will be donated to elementary schools for "School Fitness Funding."
All training group registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Even in the event that practices are cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, participants miss practices, or a participant cannot pass the swim assessment.
