Refund Policy
We would like to invite you to join us for an E-Dragon Productions event this year. We understand that committing to an event can be difficult, especially with the uncertainty of cancellations or races being moved to virtual formats.
At E-Dragon Productions, we are committed to making every effort possible to ensure our events are held live and in a safe environment for all participants, volunteers, and spectators.
In addition, if you are unable to participate in the live event due to injury or illness up to 30 days prior to race day, please contact us and we will gladly transfer your registration to another E-Dragon Productions event or provide a refund minus registration processing fees, which typically range from 20% to 30% of the total registration cost.
Furthermore, we also offer optional registration insurance that can help protect your investment and secure a refund should you be unable to attend the event for qualifying reasons.
