Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
Given the many upfront costs, permitting, and planning, there are absolutely no refunds given nor rescheduling of the event.
Unsafe Weather Conditions and/or Government Mandate:
If threatening weather exists, Sour Fish Events may delay the start of the event if possible. In the event that a delay is not possible, the event may be canceled. If government mandates disallow gatherings, the event may be canceled.
Authority to Cancel:
Participant safety is our number one concern. If event staff deems it is unsafe for participants, they reserve the authority to cancel the event. Refunds will not be given due to the associated upfront costs with organizing the event.
Notification of Delay or Cancelation:
We will notify participants by email and text alert (if opted in).
