Please consider making a donation to the Friends of the James River Park to support the James River Park System and its wonderful, beautiful system of trails.

The James River Park System, a public park in Richmond Virginia, is owned by the City of Richmond. The Friends of the James River Park (FJRP) are citizen stewards of the James River Park. Established in 1999 as an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization, the Friends of the James River Park works in partnership with the Park staff to promote, conserve and support the Park.

FJRP encourages public participation in supporting this regional treasure by raising funds for programs, maintenance, and restoration projects; advocates to raise awareness and support; and provides ongoing support for conservation, enhancement, and recreational enjoyment of the park, while protecting the James River Park System's natural and historic environments, in partnership with the City of Richmond Department of Parks & Recreation.
