Refund Policy
All race entries fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Garland Special Events weather policy begins with the safety of our participants at events. Decisions to delay, postpone, or cancel an event are made in conjunction with the hosting municipalities officials and safety personnel. Our events will be held rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.
Please follow us on our social media channels (@PlayGarland) for all information regarding event cancellations.
We will be happy to hold your race packet for up to three weeks after the event. If you elect to have it mailed to you, please email us using the email below. Your race packet can be picked up Monday through Friday, Sept. 20 to Sept. 24 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Garland Convention and Visitors Bureau (211 N. 5th St. Garland, TX 5040), or come to packet-pickup at Intrinsic Smokehouse and Brewery on Thursday, Sept. 23 from 6 to 8 p.m.
