THE DAFFODIL DASH

Hi, my name is Tyler Strauss and I love what the Daffodil project is doing and its goals. I participate in this program because it helps me connect with my Jewish values, teaches me about my Jewish past and how to help in the future, and is a great way to support my community and help others. I feel that the mission we are trying to complete is very special and being apart of that is amazing. I especially love how it makes out community closer as a whole and not just Jewish people but of all races and religions. I also think it’s important that the mission shows how we can learn from our past and grow stronger from it. Finally a few goals I have as a leader in this project are to make it more known in Sandy Springs, create more opportunities for others to learn from the project, and to bring it to my camp and do a planting there.
