Hello Friends and Family, I'm raising money for the Arc of Chester County's Bubble Walk & Run 2021 fundraiser event. The Arc is a nonprofit organization serving 3,000 children and adults with developmental, intellectual, and other disabilities each year. Their mission is to advocate, educate, and provide services to empower individuals with disabilities and enhance the quality of their lives.
AWC (Agency with Choice) currently serves around 600 families across Southeastern PA. The Arc’s Agency with Choice Program is based on the philosophy of self-determination and empowers people with disabilities to enhance the quality of their lives. Providing individuals with the opportunity for choice and control over their services and supports acknowledges the fact that they are the best judges of their own needs and how those needs should be met!
