Refund Policy
Around the Crown 10K does not allow for refunds of entry fee. There are deferment and transfer options if you are able to meet certain requirements. If weather or other conditions present a danger to participants, we maintain the right to cancel or modify the race. Public safety officials and medical authorities will be consulted prior to any race cancellation or modification. Cancellation is strongly advised when severe thunderstorms threaten the course and are forecasted to continue throughout the time frame of the event. Alteration of the course or race length may be implemented to ensure a safer race environment. The above conditions will be recognized as “an act of god” and will not result in the refunding of race entry fees or future race credits. Race entry fees will also not be refunded if the event is cancelled due to an act of terrorism, a civil disturbance, or any other reason.
