Refund Policy
Beyond that, if you must back out of the clinic you'll be charged a flat $50 processing fee.
You will then receive a refund based on the following schedule:
•100% of the remaining balance if 45 or more days before the clinic
•70% of the remaining balance if between 45 and 30 days before the clinic
•50% of the remaining balance if between 30 and 15 days before the clinic
•NO Refund within 14 days of the clinic.
Cutting it too close!
Transfers to friends or family members are free. Find a replacement and get a full refund.
