Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
• No refunds or race transfers will be permitted within 11 days prior to any GSGRP event.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
• Safety of our athletes and volunteers is our primary concern. However, No REFUNDS will be given
due to inclement weather.
• Rain - the event will NOT be canceled due to rain alone.
• Lightning - If lightning or thunder is present, the event will be postponed for a minimum of 20
minutes until neither are present. Participants should seek shelter in their vehicles or a nearby
building. If lightning continues 20 minutes after the scheduled event start, the race will be subject
to cancellation.
• Tornado Warning - The race will be canceled in the event of a tornado warning.
(NO REFUNDS GRANTED)
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULED COMMUNICATION:
• Day of Cancelations or Delays will be communicated Facebook.com/GetSetGrowRaceProductions
• Prior to the Event info will be emailed to preregistered participants.
