Owen is 3 years old and is the sweetest boy. He has had three open heart surgeries and is a frequent flyer at Nemours, so he has a lot of friends. He has a big sister, Olivia, who makes him laugh and smile everyday. He had a rough start, but is getting stronger and will be running around before we know it. We have had immense support from the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware and would love to be able to help them to support as many families as possible.
