🏃 Willow Running – Refund & Transfer Policy
💵 Refunds
Allowed up to 60 days before race day.
A $5 processing fee applies.
🔄 Transfers
Up to 14 days before the race, participants may:
Transfer their registration to another participant
Transfer to a future equivalent Willow Running race which must be in 2026.
Transfer to the virtual option of the same race
A small shipping fee applies for mailed packets
Virtual packets may be picked up at packet pickup with one week’s notice.
Less than 14 days before the race:
No transfers or deferments are allowed
Exception: You may switch to the virtual option of the same race if you notify organizers before the race starts
Shipping fee applies, or packet pickup with one week’s notice
We will not be offering deferrals to next year's races at this time.
👕 Shirts & Packet Pickup
Shirts are not guaranteed if they are not picked up before the race begins.
