Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. If a registrant is unable to attend Bicycle Across South Carolina for any reason, they will be able to transfer their registration to another rider or carry over to 2025 NO LATER THAN August 1, 2024.
Please email BASC@postandcourier.com before August 1, 2024 to transfer your ride to 2025. There will be a transfer fee of $50. Bicycle Across South Carolina has the ability to grant or deny any transfers.
If you transferred your ride in 2023, you have until August 1 to claim your deferred ride for 2024. Email basc@Postandcourier.com to redeem your ride. You may only transfer your ride once.
If BASC does not operate in 2025, transfers from 2024 will not be refunded.
