Denton Floyd Real Estate Group was founded in 2008 on the principal of “Building Better Communities”. The company began with just over 300 units and since that time, has strategically grown into a full-service Real Estate Firm with Property Management, Construction and Development, Investment, and Brokerage divisions serving thousands of customers in Kentucky and Indiana. The Company focuses on the idea that a home is part of the family, and families create communities. Everything that we do revolves around building better communities in desirable and high growth areas.
The Company’s Property Management Division manages communities located in the fastest growing regions in Kentucky; Louisville, Lexington, and Southern Indiana. Our Property Management Division is built on a foundation of a winning team culture, quality standards, and great customer service. Our Team has combined decades of experience in the industry with extensive knowledge of local markets, managing high-end new construction communities, and low income and tax credit projects. They continuously strive to provide quality homes for individuals and families in all stages of their lives in addition to providing superior service to our clients.
The Company’s Construction and Development Division has achieved remarkable success completing renovation projects throughout Kentucky and Indiana including new build, rehab, and adaptive reuse for both residential and commercial clients. The Company has been fortunate to partner with City, County, and State Municipalities to save and transform several historic buildings in our communities.
The Company’s Investment Division’s core competency is to locate new investment or adaptive reuse multi-family opportunities and build or buy such communities at a reasonable per unit cost, and then grow rents in order to create value. Our proprietary IRR Return Model developed by Denton Floyd allows us to assist our clients in making informed decisions about their investment portfolios.
The Company’s Brokerage Division is led by a team of hard-working Real Estate professionals who work tireless to “get the deal done”. They also work with our Property Management Division and in conjunction with Louisville Metro and Louisville Affordable Housing Trust to assist our many of our residents in becoming first-time homeowners.
