Refund Policy
Please note that all runners must be registered for this event. It is NOT ACCEPTABLE to give a bib for one runner to another person because the runner who was originally registered cannot run. This creates a variety of safety, liability, and logistical issues for the race organizers, medical staff, and other volunteers conducting the race. Runners who run with a bib registered to a different person will be disqualified from the race.
We hope you understand that Wood Acres Jogfest does not offer refunds. All proceeds from the race benefit the Wood Acres PTA and help to support programs such as Planetarium, Art Festival, Space Night, International Night, and the STEAM room.
