Refund Policy
We hope everyone who registers will be able to participate in our events, however we want to provide options for registrants who find themselves in unlucky circumstances:
***The following options are offered until 2 weeks before the event date. No justification needed. After that period, neither refund nor transfer will be available**
- You can choose to be refunded your event cost minus $10 for processing fee. You can request your refund on your Runsignup profile,
OR
- You can choose to transfer your payment to participate in the event the following year by emailing us at beaverheadtrails@gmail.com
