With over 30 years of senior leadership service in the non-profit sector, I have direct experience working with boards of directors, leading teams, developing people and creating a strong culture built on trust and mutual respect. I have also led teams through mergers and acquisitions and led effectively through challenging times. My volunteer work includes leadership in a large church congregation as well as service on several non-profit and community boards.
I was recently honored to be inducted into the South Dakota Hall of Fame for contributions to the field of Human Services.
