A message from Good Shepherd Episcopal Church
Please consider making a donation to Good Shepherd's Food Pantry to help fight hunger in our community.
The Good Shepherd Food Pantry is a lifeline for many families in our community. In the past three years, we have grown exponentially, from serving 3-4 families per week to serving an average of 65 families per week, or 250 people!
Everyone who comes to our Pantry is given a bag of healthy food items: cereal, pasta, peanut butter, canned tuna or chicken – and fresh breads and produce donated from local supermarkets. The people come every week, and they tell us how much our support has helped them through the hard times.
We are supported solely through donations from our community. For many years, Run 4 the Pies has been a key source of these food items: every can of beans or jar of peanut butter feeds a hungry family. We depend heavily on your enthusiastic support for this ministry, and your gifts make an impact now more than ever. You are a blessing to our community, and we give you thanks.
