I've signed up to support the 8th annual Mighty Moose 5k and raise money for Ovarian Cancer Prevention. I am walking in honor of Bonnie Redding who passed away from ovarian cancer in 2020 after a 4.5 year battle.  Funds raised by this walk/run are critically important to support ovarian cancer research! The MiDe Study is led by Dr. Kevin Elias who is a gynecologic oncologist and surgeon-scientist. Dr. Elias and his team of researchers have identified a groundbreaking new process to detect ovarian cancer at its earliest stages. The initial results of Dr. Elias’ research are incredibly promising!
