Refund Policy
We will not be offering deferments for any future races. We also cannot offer refunds, as pre-registration fees are used to pay for shirts and other race expenses incurred well ahead of race day. In limited cases and in the discretion of race directors, we may be able to offer refunds to runners who are willing to volunteer on race day. You may also transfer your registration to a friend for no extra cost. To do so log on to your registration to process the transfer. You are responsible for collecting your registration fee from the individual. Contact the race directors at marathon@gulfwinds.org.
