Refund Policy
Requests for refunds may be processed at any time through your account on runsignup.com until 10/18/19 at 11:59 PM. The initial registration processing fee is non-refundable. There is a $10 race refund processing fee. You will receive a percentage refund based on the number of days prior to the event when you submit your refund request: 75% if 60 days prior to event, 50% if 30 days prior to event.
