Refund Policy
We understand that life happens, even when you plan otherwise. Unfortunately, we must plan for our races according to the number of athletes registered, so registration fees are not refundable. Each athlete must accept this risk when paying their registration fees. Registration fees collected are used to develop and produce the event (starting months in advance of the race date), including course preparation, race supplies, permits, and administration. We make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all participants.
If this race is canceled for any reason, all registered participants will automatically become virtual runners. If the race is postponed, all participants will be registered for the new date. Shirts, medals and swag will be available for pick up.
If a runner prefers to be guaranteed a refund, he/she should consider purchasing race insurance. This event offers Registration Protection as part of the registration process.
