Join me in supporting Mile in My Shoes!
This year, I’m excited to run the Mile in My Shoes' (MiMS) "Downtown Run Around" 5K race on June 7. Between now and then, I’m raising money as a FundRacer to support Mile in My Shoes programming, and I need your help! FundRacers have a collective goal of raising $25k to bring the transformative power of running to people experiencing homelessness, in recovery, and exiting incarceration.
My personal fundraising goal is $1,500. I will personally match 10% of all donations pledged to me, up to the first $1,500.
This is my first time working with MiMS. I am very happy to be on a team supporting MN Adult and Teen Challenge. This is a wonderful faith-based recovery organization, for people winning victories over addiction, abuse, incarceration. It is a wonderful, amazingly successful organization helping great people. You can learn more about MN Adult & Teen Challenge and its wonderful work positively impacting people's lives at this link: About Us | Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge
I’m excited to raise critical support for MiMS as we train and build momentum toward our biggest annual event! Gifts go directly toward providing running gear, race entries, and community-building events for our team members. Click here to learn more about the impact your support has on MiMS members.
More about Mile in My Shoes
MiMS brings together residents of the Twin Cities with diverse backgrounds through the power of running. Mile in My Shoes views running as a tool for both personal and collective transformation.
