All sales are final. Registration fees are non-refundable, including for illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or missed events.

Events take place rain or shine. Unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond our control may require changes, postponement, or cancellation. Available options will be communicated. No refunds.

Transfers to another participant and deferrals are free 15+ days before race day. During the final 14 days, a $20 fee per registration applies. Requests close at 9 p.m. Eastern the day before the race. No race-day or post-event changes; missed registrations are forfeited.

Deferrals are valid only for the next Run Wild Races event and may be used once. Changes depend on availability. Higher-priced events require payment of the difference; no refunds for lower-priced events.

Zoo admission moves with the registration, invalidating the original entry, and is valid only on the new event date. Virtual entries exclude zoo admission.
