Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
Given the many upfront costs, permitting, and planning, there are absolutely no refunds given nor rescheduling of the event.
Unsafe Weather Conditions:
If threatening weather exists, Sour Fish Events may delay the start of the race up to one hour if possible. In the event that a delay is not possible, the event may be canceled.
Authority to Cancel:
Participant safety is our number one concern. If Sour Fish Events race officials deem it is unsafe for participants to be on the course, they reserve the authority to cancel the event. Refunds may not be given due to the associated upfront costs with organizing the event.
Notification of Delay or Cancelation:
We will notify participants by email and text alert (if opted in).
