Refund Policy
At Co2uT we’re doing all we can to give you an event to look forward to & a pricing policy to put your mind at ease. We anticipate our event selling out and don’t want you to be fearful of signing up.
Race date is 05/22/21
If the race date is canceled due to the continuation of the Covid-19 Virus we will provide the following sliding scale refunds & deferment option - Full no cost deferment to Co2uT 2022.
If we are required to cancel Co2uT due to Covid-19.
No cost, Full deferment or:
100% refund 60 days or more out from the event.
75% refund 45-59 days out.
50% refund 30-44 days out.
25% refund 15-29 days out.
no refunds 1-14 days out.
Additionally, we strongly encourage you to purchase the additional individual insurance policy to cover other conditions and events that may prohibit you from participating in Co2uT.
*Please note - If you would prefer not to receive a refund your payment will be added to our Team Evergreen philanthropy fund.
