O Active Flexibility Stretch Class hosted by Thee Belle Twins @ 7:00pm

We are Ashley and Alysha Belle, the founders of Thee Belle Twins LLC.  Our mission is to solidify stretching as a priority tool for your health and fitness journey.  Our background comes from gymnastics, competitive cheerleading, and dance.  We ended our cheer career at the D1 collegiate level at North Carolina State University.  We went back to our old gymnastics gym to coach for the USA Gymnastics Girls Team.  Therefore, we saw a need for stretching and what it can do for your body’s longevity.  We not only saw a need as athletes and coaches, but for everyone.  We are set to make stretching a part of your lifestyle that includes all ages, groups, and communities. Our goal is to help the individual move and feel better throughout their daily living activities.
