You may not know that there's a special place just right around the corner from our house: the Air Force Enlisted Village. The Air Force Enlisted Village is a 501c3 nonprofit retirement community founded to provide a safe, secure home for surviving spouses of retired enlisted U.S. Airmen. The community serves veterans and their surviving spouses, offering the same spirit of military community first experienced upon enlistment. 

The CMSAF Binnicker Memorial Run will benefit the memory care wing at the Air Force Enlisted Village's assisted living residence, Hawthorn House, where military widows, retirees, veterans, and their family members with Alzheimer’s and dementia reside.  

Every dollar raised from this event will provide care and support for the residents there.
