Refund Policy
GENERAL POLICY
No refunds, deferrals, or athlete-to-athlete transfers. The ONLY exception is if you part of a team and one of the members needs to be swapped out, but at least one original member must always remain on the team. You may also change your event distance or solo/team status within an event anytime leading into the event (within 1 month of race day). You may also transfer from one race to another for a small transfer fee of $50. If you switch events or transfer to a different race all together, you are required to pay any price differences and will not be refunded if your transfer is to a less expensive event/race.
COVID EXCEPTION
If we are forced to cancel an event due to COVID we will automatically 100% defer everyone to the next year. There “might” be a small $25-$50 fee per athlete to activate their deferral.
