Description
This is our 2nd Annual Freedom 7k to honor our military and veterans near and far that gave their lives or sacrifice for us everyday!
$20 Registration @runsignup.com & race virtually with family and friends!
Find a route where you can run 7k (4.25 miles). If the distance is too much then go with 4k (2.4 miles).
If you have a smart watch or way to track your miles do 10 push ups every mile or every 1k!
If you cannot get out there next Saturday, we would love your donation that will be used towards future races for a cause.

When you refer 5 team members or participants who pay the $20 and sign up for the 2023 Freedom 7k, you get your $20 registration fee refunded in full so you can race for free. Just share the link for friends and family and it automatically kicks in once your 5th person signs up! Enjoy the race!
