Oktoberfest Run to End Homelessness

2020 Oktoberfest Run to End Homelessness has been cancelled.

To all runners registered for the 5K or 10K race distances at the 2020 Oktoberfest Run to End Homelessness: Due to the Covid19 pandemic we are unable to hold the race this September. 

We believe this is the responsible action to take in during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The health and safety of our runners, volunteers, sponsors, and spectators remains our highest priority and keep our community as safe as possible. We are extremely grateful for all our supporters during these unprecedented and challenging times and ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate these uncharted waters. We hope you continue your training in a way that is safe and follows local COVID-19 guidelines, support each other and support our community in every way possible.

In order to preserve our ability to continue to provide this unique Oktoberfest experience to the running community for years to come, we must uphold our no refund policy. If you have questions regarding this policy, please contact info@anchoragerunningclub.org.

Defer your full entry fee to the 2021 Oktoberfest Run to End Homelessness free of charge. To do this follow the instructions below. We will be offering no refunds. Deferrals must be submitted by September 30, 2020. 

Defer Registration to 2021 for FREE:
- Log into RunSignup and go to your profile. 
- Select "Manage Registration" next to Oktoberfest.
- Click the "Defer Registration" tab.
- Click the "Confirm Deferral" tab.

- You are also welcome to e-mail timing@skinnyraven.com to defer your registration as well. 

The Oktoberfest Run to End Homelessness race benefits Beans Café and Brother Francis Shelter and each year proceeds from this race go to these deserving local non-profits. We encourage you to take care of your physical and mental health during this uncertain time and look forward to seeing you on the trails soon.
