Ninja OCR 5k fun run @ One Health Fest!

Join Onward & Upward and Alaska's Eskimo Ninja Warrior on our first Ninja Obstacle Course Race 5k Fun Run at the 2nd Annual One Health Fest in downtown Palmer.  The course will start and end at the downtown Palmer Depot, travel 5k around Palmer and encounter 4 ninja obstacles along the way!  Obstacles include obstacles to climb over, swing across, and otherwise test your ninja skills.  All obstacles will have alternatives if participant is unable to complete it.  

The race is Sunday August 11th at 10:30am.  Race registration is online or beginning at 9:30 in person before the race.  The cost is $20 and free for kids under 7.  

The race ends at the Palmer Depot, right as the 2nd annual One Health Fest is kicking off!  This is a free event with live music, food, vendors & activities all centered around the concept of One Health-  The health of ourselves is connected to the health of the planet, our community, and our culture!
