Tough Mother 5k Fun Run @ One Health Fest!

Join Onward & Upward at the 3rd Annual One Health Fest in downtown Palmer.  The course will start and end at the downtown Palmer Depot, travel 5k around Palmer and encounter 4-6 obstacles along the way!   All obstacles will have alternatives if participant is unable to complete it.  

The race is Sunday August 11th at 10:30am.  Race registration is online or beginning at 10:00 in person before the race.  The cost is $20 and free for kids under 7.  

The race ends at the Palmer Depot, right as the 3rd annual One Health Fest is kicking off!  This is a free event with live music, food, vendors & activities all centered around the concept of One Health-  The health of ourselves is connected to the health of the planet, our community, and our culture!  It is also Mother's Day, so we will be celebrating all things Mother-  Mother nature, mother earth, and of course, our Mother's!
