After being canceled last year, Who Let The Runners Out is back to kick off the Who Let The Girls Out weekend in downtown Palmer!
This family friendly race is put on the MatSu Running Club with the help of AKtive Soles and MatSu Health Foundation. We are so excited for the return of in person races and hope you'll come join us for our 5k run/walk and a 1k kids fun run.
Race Details:
The race will start and finish at the Palmer Downtown Pavilion across from the Palmer Train Depot. The course will run mostly on sidewalks and bike paths through downtown Palmer. Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers.
Important Info: The Kids 1k fun run will start promptly at 6pm and the 5k will start immediately after the kids have finished (ideally 6:15pm). This is a family friendly run/walk so we are asking that you please leave your dogs at home. Strollers are welcome but may be asked to start in the back.

COVID-19 Mitigation:
We are requesting that masks be worn at the start line and around the finish line. The race course allows for some social distancing but please consider those around you and give room to faster runners to get by with a little space.

If you experience any COVID symptoms or test positive for COVID within 10 days prior to the race we ask that you do not show up for the race and contact us about a refund.
