Ashville 200 Decade Dash

The City of Ashville, Alabama is turning 200 in 2022!!!

Help kick off our week long celebration, leading up to our Bicentennial on 11/05/22 with a Decade Dash! Run back through the years through historic Ashville. Dress up like your favorite decade or wear your favorite vintage t-shirt (bonus points if it is Vintage & Ashville)

Be sure to register by 10/14/22 to make sure you get a t-shirt! 

Race participants who register by October 14th will receive a race day t-shirt. Registering after October 14th will not guarantee a race day t-shirt. Race participants will receive a pre-race goodie bag & post race snacks/ drinks will be provided. Race day goodie bags & bibs may be picked up beginning at 6:30am under the green tent at First Baptist Church.

The 5K race will begin at 8:00am & The One Mile Fun Run will begin at 8:45am. Several of Ashville High School's Cross County & Track team members will be available to run with younger one mile fun run participants! You can have a post race snack & listen to our DJ play the oldies as we wait on results. 

• Prizes will be given for TOP 3 overall male & female 5K finishers.
• Top 3 winners in 5K age groups will be provided with medals.
• Top 3 fun run participants (age 10 & under) will receive prizes.

Age groups are as follows: 7 and under, 8-10, 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
