Flourish Fitness Summer Virtual 5K

Congratulations on finishing 6-weeks of training! The Flourish Fitness Virtual 5k can be run (or walked) from any location you choose! You can race on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, or on a track. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. You can race alone or with a group of friends (following social distancing guidelines of course). After you run your 5k - there will be a place for you to submit your results!
