The Course
The 10K course begins at the Marriott Shoals Conference Center in Florence, AL,
and proceeds across Wilson Dam and then onto a portion of the paved TVA nature trail.
It continues back across the Tennessee River via the pedestrian walkway on the
Singing River Bridge, and then a short distance through a residential area to the
finish back at the conference center. The course is USATF certified, AL05033JD.
There will be a 90 minute time limit to complete the course.
Please do not enter if you cannot maintain at least a 14:30 pace per mile. Due to course
constraints there will be no wheelchair division. Baby joggers, strollers, and animals
will not be allowed on the course.
LONG SLEEVED “TECH” SHIRTS
The Dam-Bridge Run offers the best running shirts! Runners will receive high quality,
long sleeved “tech “shirts! Only runners pre-registered by Nov. 1st are guaranteed shirts on race day. No others will b ordered.
FLUID STATIONS & COURSE SUPPORT
Two fluid stations will be provided, near 2 and 4.5 miles. Mile markers will be clearly displayed
and split times given at each mile. Restroom facilities will be available at the 2nd aid station.
POST RACE EVENT
Enjoy pizza, snacks and drinks at the post race event on the
Singing River Terrace. Don’t miss the awards ceremony!
