Gadsden State Cross Country Clinic 7/14/23

Gadsden State Cross Country runners & Coaches will host participants in grades 7-12 in an on-campus running clinic on July 14th from 8:30-3:30

All participants MUST have a copy of their current physical. Particpants can Upload their Current Physical Here or bring a copy on July 14th. 

Camper check-in & same-day registration will take place in the gym at Beck Field House from 8-8:15

Camp Agenda: 

Whole group welcome in gym at 8:30 

Transition to small group stations at 8:45

9-9:45 Station 1

9:45 Transition to Station 2

10-10:45 Station 2 

10:45 Transition to Station 3

11-11:45 Station 3

11:45 Transition to lunch 

12-1:30 LUNCH with Speaker Coach Jeremy Provence (Lunch will be provided for participants)

1:30 Transition to station 4

1:45-2:30 Station 4

2:30 Transition back to gym 

2:45-3:30 Whole group wrap-up/Door Prizes
