Ross Bridge Turkey Trot

Thank you for registering for the fourth-annual Ross Bridge Turkey Trot 5K or Kids 1-mile fun run! We can't wait to see everyone Thanksgiving morning to earn your turkey! Please find some final race day details below.

Race Day Registration
There is still race day registration available for the 1-mile fun run but we have reached capacity for the 5k.

* As streets will not be blocked off to traffic, please be aware of your surroundings at all times as there could be cars on the route. Stay to the left side of the road during the route and look for street chalk markings for turns and directions. We'll have volunteers at intersections to keep everyone safe.

Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers of the 5k and to the winners of each age group. Awards to follow the fun run. The main goal however is to have fun, get a great workout in and start Thanksgiving Day off right. We'll see you bright and early Thursday!

Giving Back
Proceeds of this year's turkey trot are going to provide a holiday meal to men in a recovery program at The Foundry hosted by the Church at Ross Bridge in December.

Volunteers
We are still looking for volunteers to help at a couple of intersections on the course during the race. If you know anyone interested, please reach out to jay@fleetfeetbirmingham.com.

Inclement Weather
Unless there is lighting present, the race will run as scheduled. If there is lightning or inclement weather, we will make a timely decision delaying up to an hour if necessary.
