Carribean Qarnival 5K for Mental Health Awareness

Participate in our Caribbean Qarnival 5K race to help unmask the challenges of mental health. Wear carnival masks to symbolize the freedom to pursue mindfulness, embrace our true selves, support mental health within our community, and break down stigmas surrounding mental health issues. Our Caribbean Qarnival 5K race brings people together to take strides towards mental health awareness by harnessing the energy of the Caribbean Qarnival.

Please join us after the 5K race awards ceremony for our accompanying mental health fair! Mental health resources and booths, music, and food trucks will be present!
