Hot Summer Nights 5K
This will be run the night before our Annual Run Dirty Event
Proceeds from the race support North Alabama Cross Country.
Every year Fleet Feet Huntsville/Madison donates approximately $30,000 to local cross-country events and high school programs.
Help us make the 2026 Cross Country year the best yet!
We encourage the entire family to participate this year.
Packet Pick-up will be at Fleet Feet Huntsville on Friday from 10-3
Race start time is 6:00 p.m.

RACE INSTRUCTIONS

Packet Pick-up
Friday 12-6
Fleet Feet in Jones Valley (2722 Carl T. Jones Drive)
We highly encourage folks to get their packet Friday.
Race morning can be very busy.
Packet pick-up is also available Saturday at race site from 6:45 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.
This will be near the finishline area by the greenway.
Parking
Please park in the school parking lot.
Toilets
There will also be portojohns near the finish area and at the start.
Start
Start time for the 5K is 8:00 a.m.
The start is located on the other side of the bridge from the school, near Tortoras.
Please line up according to pace.
Please run on the right side of the greenway.
Runners will be returning into on coming traffic on the greenway.
There will be a lead bike to help clear the path and guide runners
Aid Station
There is one aid station at the turn around.
Finishline
The finishline is on the school side of the greenway.
We have Dunkin Donuts, Ice Cream, Cokes, and Fruit from Food City.
Fun Run
Start time is close to 9:00 a.m. or once the finishline is clear from the 5K runners.
The 1 mile Fun Run starts on the school side of the greenway.
This is a simple out and back, This is mostly for kids.
All kids will receive a ribbon.
Awards
Awards will be at Fleet Feet for pick-up Monday.
We have some nice awards from Fleet Feet, Swift Recovery and others
