The Birmingham Track Club is proud to present the 2019 edition of Adam's Heart Runs. One of the BTC's premiere races, participants have the opportunity to select a 10-k or 10-mile distance. The race is held entirely on paved roads in beautiful Oak Mountain State Park. This is not a trail race. Both distances are chip-timed.

Highlights of race day:

• Face painting and balloon animals for children (or adults!)
• Door prizes from a variety of local businesses
• Post-race snacks for the whole family
• Free race photos, available online after the race
• Strollers and leashed dogs welcome

This is NOT a closed course. Please be aware of your surroundings and do not block park traffic.

Entry to the park is $5. They accept cash only.

Shirt sizes are only guaranteed to runners registered by January 10th.
