Breaking News: The 10-mile race is an RRCA State Championship event!
The Birmingham Track Club is proud to present the 2023 edition of Adam's Heart Runs. One of the BTC's premiere races, participants have the opportunity to select a 5-k, 10-k, or 10-mile distance. The race is held entirely on paved roads in beautiful Oak Mountain State Park. This is not a trail race. All distances are chip-timed.
Highlights of race day:
- All registrants receive an ultra-soft, gender-neutral, long-sleeve shirt
- Post-race snacks for the whole family
- Free race photos, available online after the race
- Face/arm painter and balloon artist for the kids
Shirts are only guaranteed to runners registered by January 12.

Directions
The race starts and ends in front of the Dogwood Picnic Pavilion on Terrace Drive in Oak Mountain State Park. Oak Mountain State Park is located at 200 Terrace Dr, Pelham, AL 35124.
