Description
Did you make a New Year's Resolution to get fit and healthy? Did you know that one area that Occupational Therapy addresses is health and wellness? We are a holistic practice that focuses on prevention of disease, as well as support/treatment and education for persons who are living with injury/illness. How better to address your personal wellness goals than to participate in a Virtual 5K to support your favorite OTA students and our community partners. It's easy to start your journey and to benefit us by signing up for our free virtual 5K event.
Our race is free to participate, but we are fundraising for our program and our amazing community partners, The Link of Cullman County, Hope Horses, and Flourish of Cullman County. We greatly appreciate your donations!
No bibs, no awards, just raising money for a good cause.
