What is A Day at the Zoo with Health Partners Plans event?
·         This family friendly event at the Lehigh Valley Zoo will consist of a walk through the zoo where participants can enjoy the zoo, receive school supplies, and enter a raffle for a chance to win a one-year membership to the zoo.

·         This event will take place in-person at the Lehigh Valley Zoo, 5150 Game Preserve Rd, Schnecksville, PA 18078.

4. What time is the event?
·         10:00am – 4:00pm: Arrive anytime between 10:00am – 3:30pm to check into the event and explore at your own pace

·         10:00am: Doors close at 3:30pm, if you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed to enter the event

·         4:00pm: Event ends at 4:00pm, and all guests must exit the zoo at this time

·         Other options include registering over the phone at 215-967-4514 Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. There is no on-site registration for this event.

6. What does it cost to register for the event?
·         Free for Health Partners Plans and Jefferson Health Plans members *you must bring and show your Member ID card to the event for each registered member.

·         If you are registering for the event as a member, you will need to bring and show your Member ID card to the event for each registered member.

8. Do I have to register my child for the event?
·         Yes, all children 2 years or older must be registered for the event.

9. What is included with my registration for this event?
·         Admission to the Lehigh Valley Zoo during the event, a snack voucher and school supplies for kids *while supplies last".

10. Will there be food provided at this event?
·         Yes, a $5 snack voucher will be provided. Please note, that the total amount of the voucher can only be used at one time at one station. The option to purchase more food beyond the $5 voucher is available at the guest’s expense. *While supplies last*

·         Parking is free for all guests during this event in the Zoo parking lot.

12. Is the Lehigh Valley Zoo wheelchair accessible?
·         Yes, there is an ADA entrance, please ask staff for directions to this entrance upon arrival.

·         There is no bag storage at the Lehigh Valley Zoo for this event.
