REGISTRATION
Pre-registration fee is $15 for adults and $10 for students (18 and under). Mail in pre-registration deadline is September 3rd but you can register on line until Friday Sep. 6th at 4:00pm CDT.
Day of race registration, 6:30-7:30 am, entry fees rise to $20 for adults and $15 for students.
T-Shirts:
T-Shirts will be provided to all pre-registered runners/walkers that have registered by August 26th. On day of race, they will be handed out until we run out.
AWARDS
Top 3 Male and Female runners will get a unique trophy. Top 3 Male and Female Walkers, no age group awards for walkers.
Age groups: Top 3 in the following age divisions: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and above.

Adverse Weather Cancellation and Refund Policy
ADVERSE WEATHER POLICY
We expect our events to happen rain or shine. No one, including the Race Director, wants to make changes to an event on race day. However, the safety of our participants is of paramount concern. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Race Director, in communication with the local law enforcement and the city, may delay the event, cancel the event, or make changes to the race course.
DEFINITION OF ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
The event may be delayed or canceled due to Tornado Warning, Tornado Watch, Thunderstorm, Heavy Rain, or any other extreme weather condition. Light to moderate rain is not considered an Adverse Weather Condition.
COMMUNICATION
If the event is canceled more than 12 hours before the event, we will notify participants via the race website, email and social media. If the event is canceled less than 12 hours before the event we will notify participants via the race website and social media. Participants will be notified via email where they can pick up their race packets if they have not already done so.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not issued for events canceled for Adverse Weather Conditions as the funds for the event have already been spent in preparation for race day.
