OK Timing Plus 5K/10K/Half-Marathon Training Clinic

Get ready for the WRMC Highway to Health 5K, Little Rock 5K/10K/half or marathon, or Hope for the Holidays half marathon with two running program options.

Join us for the 5-week training clinic or the full 10-week training clinic. Individuals interested can meet at the old Cushman school on 9/26 at 4PM for a preview run of the Miner's Day 5K course. The official start date for the clinic is 10/3. Most of the runs for this clinic will be on Sunday afternoons and an additional optional run on Wednesday mornings at 6AM meeting at West Elementary. Most of the running sessions will occur on Miller Creek Road, but we will run at other locations as well.

Each session will include a short coaching talk, warmup exercises, a timed workout, and cooldown stretching with a question-and-answer period. This program is ideal for those new to races and those of all experience levels looking to improve gently step by step. Clinic fee is $125 for 5 weeks and $200 for 10 weeks (family/group discounts available).
