Forge & Freedom 5K

     Join us for the Forge & Freedom 5K, hosted by The Foundry, as we come together to celebrate strength, resilience, and the freedom to serve something greater than ourselves.

     Whether you're chasing a personal record, walking with family and friends, or simply showing your support, every step you take will make a meaningful impact. All proceeds from this event benefit Sheep Dog Impact Assistance (SDIA), a nonprofit dedicated to engaging, assisting, and empowering veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and their families through programs that foster healing, purpose, and post-traumatic growth.

     At The Foundry, we believe that strength is forged through challenge and community. The Forge & Freedom 5K is more than just a race—it's an opportunity to honor those who have dedicated their lives to serving others while supporting an organization that helps them continue to thrive.

     Every registered participant will receive a custom-designed, premium-quality Forge & Freedom 5K race shirt—created exclusively for this event and made to wear with pride on race day and long after you cross the finish line.
