2020 VIRTUAL Turkey Trot 5K and Gobble Wobble Kids Mile

Are you ready to earn a few extra calories before your stuff yourself with that delicious Thanksgiving feast? Join your fellow turkey-loving friends and run or walk the 2020 VIRTUAL Turkey Trot 5K or Gobble Wobble Kids Mile sponsored by Conway Regional Health System in support of the United Way of Central Arkansas. 

Through our virtual race, you can run (or walk) your 5K on anytime the week of Thanksgiving and you can pick up your AWESOME swag packet including your t-shirt and finisher medal in advance of the race or we will ship it to you afterward!

Where can you run or walk? Anywhere! This s a virtual run and we want you to complete it wherever you want. Sidewalks, paths, treadmill - make this your own race. Want to walk with a stroller or run with Fido? Do it! We just ask that you tag the United Way of Central Arkansas (@uwcark) so we can see these great photos!

What items are included with the Turkey Trot 5K or Gobble Wobble Kids Mile? The 2020 VIRTUAL Turkey Trot 5K and Gobble Wobble Kids Mile includes a comfy, stylish Bella Canvas heather gray t-shirt, digital printable race bib, a unique finisher's medal featuring a spinning turkey and more! 

When do I need to complete my run? In keeping with tradition, we recommend that you complete your run on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 26), but since the race is virtual, we have expanded the race window to start on Saturday, Nov. 21 and close on Monday, Nov. 30. You will be able to download a finisher's certificate when you enter your time.

Do I need to submit results to get a finisher's medal? You can pick up your swag bag (including your finisher's medal) in advance locally from Conway Regional Fitness Center on Nov. 18 & 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. or it will be mailed to you with your packet after Thanksgiving. When you complete your run, you can log your results and download your personalized finisher's certificated, see how you rank on the leaderboard of other participants and show off your well-earned medal (be sure to tag the United Way of Central Arkansas @uwcark so we can celebrate with you)!

How do I track my distance and time? For a Virtual Run, we accept results on the honor system, but the most accurate tracking is typically via a device with GPS tracking. New this year, we are offering live tracking through the RaceJoy app. Simply download the app through the android or apple store, search for "Turkey Trot" in the app and select "Arkansas." There, you will be able to select the 2020 VIRTUAL Turkey Trot 5K and Gobble Wobble Kids Mile. If you are a participant, you can select to be tracked or if you're a spectator, you can track your family or friends.  

When will my packet ship? Race packets will be available for local pick up at Conway Regional Fitness Center at 700 Salem Rd. on Nov. 18 and 20 during the following times:10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Any packets not picked up will be shipped the week after Thanksgiving.
