New Date: TBD
We appreciate your patience in this very dynamic time and with the swift progression of new updates today on COVID-19 here in Arkansas and around the country.
In alignment with state officials, local organizations, and compassion for the community at large, we have made the decision to postpone the 2020 Nutty Runner 5K until a more suitable date can be found and the safety of all can be ensured.
We are working diligently to confirm additional details for a new date and will share updates as soon as they are available. Per our policy, your registration fee is not refundable; however, we will honor all registrations at the postponed date. Alternatively, you may elect to defer until the 2021 race date or request a donation receipt for your unused registration.
As excited as we were to rally together in celebration of our mission, we believe it is more important to exercise an abundance of caution. The well-being of our runners, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners is always our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding of this rapidly evolving situation.

Thursday, March 12, 5:00 pm
We follow the standard running industry policy that registrations are non-refundable.
We are making an exception due to global issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, and offering the following options:
The Nutty Runner 5k will be making its return in March 2020, just in time for St. Patrick's Day!
If you enjoy craft beer and exercising outdoors for a good cause, the Nutty Runner 5K is for you! At every mile, runners can enjoy a pint of Nutty Runner nut-brown ale courtesy of Columbus House Brewery – one of Fayetteville’s favorite local hangs.
Out of all the runs in Fayetteville, this one may be the “most” Fayetteville! The route will wind through our fair city’s historic downtown and into some of our most scenic neighborhoods. In true Fayetteville fashion, there will be hills, but just follow the Nutty Runner race mantra and put “mind over hangover” and you’ll be just fine.
For the more cautious souls who don’t feel the need to drink and run, there’s the Designated Driver division. But however you choose to participate, there will be additional beer, shirts, and merch available for purchase during the post-race festivities. It’s a guaranteed good time for all.
**State or Federal-issued ID required for Packet Pickup**
All proceeds benefit The Spark Foundation, a local Fayetteville nonprofit with a mission to create a positive impact in the community by providing increased access to health and fitness education and opportunities.
