Rise Physical Therapy Presents Run/Walk Miles from Fayetteville,AR to Fayetteville,NC Challenge

At Rise Physical Therapy our goal is to keep people moving. Whether that is keeping a patient able to walk independently at home or helping an athlete drop time off their 5k we want to provide people the tools to reach their goals. Covid has made things harder to get to the gym, workout with friends, or get motivated for the local 5k that suddenly went virtual. We wanted to create a challenge that helped people walk/run  miles as a team with their coworkers. You will work in teams ,up to 10 people per team, and we will combine your miles to track your progress. You then go online and submit miles as you go and track your individual and team progress. Local Medical and Dental Clinics will compete to see who can log the most miles in 2 months. 

Track and submit your miles to see who can run/walk as a team the furthest and how many teams can make it from Fayetteville, AR to Fayetteville, NC yep that is a total of 1076 miles!!!

The team that gets the most overall miles before May 15th wins lunch and chair massages provided by us at Rise Physical Therapy!
